Quasi-experimentelle Evaluation der Effekte von Kiezblocks in der KiezTransform Studie

Urban planning interventions focused on traffic calming, redistribution of public space and increasing surface permeability like Kiezblocks (KB) have the potential to contribute to health promotion, ecological sustainability and health equity in residential neighborhoods. The quasi-experimental KiezTransform Study will investigate under-researched causal effects of KB on health (e.g., physical activity), environmental risk factors (e.g., air pollution, heat), ecological sustainability and health inequalities, providing evidence for their implementation.
