CrossGov - Coherent and Cross-compliant Ocean Governance for Delivering the EU Green Deal for European Seas : Cross-Compliance in policy integration. Deliverable 3.7
The report investigates how the main EU Green Deal ambitions in relation to zero pollution, marine biodiversity preservation and climate resilience are considered when implementing key agriculture, fisheries, aquaculture and renewable (offshore wind) energy policies. Building on the research carried out in 8 CrossGov case studies that applied the CrossGov Policy Coherence Assessment and Science-Policy-Society Interface (SPSI) Framework, it identifies key challenges as well as solutions that are expected to strengthen the integration of the EGD ambitions into sector policy implementation.
