Since December 2017, Marvin Strauß is working on the project „Mobilizing the Co-Benefits of Climate Change Mitigation through Capacity Building among Public Policy Institutions [COBENEFITS]“ as a research associate. He supports the Potsdam-based team in their daily work and conducts minor research projects.

Marvin Strauß is currently enrolled in a Double Degree programme in Energy Policy and Economics at Sciences Po Paris and the King’s College London. During his internships at a Scandinavian energy consulting firm, the Tashkent office of the Konrad Adenauer Foundation, the Brussels office of the BASF, and the German Federal Ministry of Economic Affairs and Energy, he gained valuable insight into the energy landscape from both public and commercial viewpoints. While on a one-year exchange at the University of St.Gallen, he assisted the team of the Department of Political Sciences in carrying out a study on German foreign energy policy. Marvin Strauß holds a Bachelor‘s degree in Politics, Law and Economics from Sciences Po Paris.
