Alina Lebherz

Student Assistant

Alina Lebherz is a student assistant at IASS Potsdam and works in the project 'Co-Creation and Contemporary Policy Advice', especially in research, event organization and lectorship. From july 2017 to december 2018 she worked as a student assistant at the 'Interdisciplinary Laboratory Image Knowledge Gestaltung' in the 'Hermann von Helmholtz-Zentrum für Kulturtechnik'. She studies Cultural Theory and History in her masters at the 'Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin' and writes articles for the magazine 'Puppen, Menschen & Objekte'. In 2019 she finished a training in Nonviolent Communication, founded by Marshall B. Rosenberg and assists in corresponding workshops. Her research interests address the connection between the world of Cultural Studies, politics and the practice of Nonviolent Communication. In her masters she focuses on cultural history in relation to sustainability discourses, concepts of nature and Critical Whiteness.
