Adam Naber is Community-Builder of the German-French Forum for the Future since August 2020, which is funded by the BMBF and based at the IASS. The Zukunftswerk was anchored in the Aachen Treaty in 2019 with the aim of supporting social-ecological transformation processes in the Franco-German exchange of experience. It accompanies pioneer municipalities in both countries through research and dialogue and develops recommendations for action to national governments.
Before becoming the main facilitator of Franco-German dialogues at Zukunftswerk, Adam Naber worked as a project coordinator in the development of a newly founded neighborhood center in Berlin and before that as an officer for the rights of refugee children and youth in a federal trade association. He completed his BA International Relations and MA Global Refugee Studies in the Netherlands and Denmark.
