Climate Change and Air Quality: Research Needs and Pathways to Policy Implementation

The choices we make around issues like residential heating and transportation impact on efforts to protect global climate and improve air quality. How knowledge and perceptions translate into action at the individual and collective levels is the focus of this project. Working at the science-policy-society interface, the project explores the opportunities for scientific research, coupled with effective science communication and public dialogue, to support efforts to protect the climate, improve air quality, and promote transformations towards sustainability through both policy and action at the individual level.
