Adi started working as a Research Associate at the Air Quality Modelling for Policy Advice (AQ) group in 2018. His research is on attributing tropospheric ozone with the sources of ozone precursors such as Nitric Oxide (NOx) and Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs) in a global chemistry-climate model. He is also enrolled as a PhD student at Freie Universät Berlin.

Prior to joining RIFS, Adi completed his master's degree in climate science at the Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore in 2017. His Master's thesis was about the Effects of Arctic Geoengineering on Precipitation in the tropical regions using a global atmosphere model.
